Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key business partner to the CFO, providing financial insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. This individual will play a central role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting across the organization. This is an on-site position based in Olive Branch, MS, offering daily interaction with senior leadership and exposure to high-level financial strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the annual budgeting process Develop rolling forecasts and long-range financial projections Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives Analyze monthly financial performance and prepare executive-level reporting packages Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial results Support cash flow forecasting and capital planning initiatives Assist with KPI development and dashboard reporting Partner with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and accountability Contribute to process improvements within reporting and planning functions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or public accounting Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills required Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
