Salesforce Developer
in
Bedford, MA!
*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits offered!*
In this role,
you will develop and enhance solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, focusing on chatbot, OMS, and API integrations . You’ll work
closely with business teams to deliver scalable, personalized customer service experiences.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support solutions
on
Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Order Management
using Apex, Lightning, and Flows Enhance the Agentforce chatbot to improve transactional workflows
and customer experience Build and maintain API integrations and support deployments
following Salesforce best practices
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field 5+ years of Salesforce development experience Hands-on experience with Agentforce, OMS, and Service Cloud
