Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the linen room, linen storage, chemical room, and all back-of-house service areas.
Receive, sort, count, and deliver clean and dirty linen to support daily hotel operations.
Assist with linen ordering, stock control, and weekly inventory checks.
Remove, count, and record rejected linen and ensure proper handling procedures are followed.
Deliver guest requests such as extra beds, cribs, and other items promptly and professionally.
Support deep cleaning schedules and assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Report maintenance issues across linen rooms, storage areas, and back-of-house corridors.
Provide support to public areas, car park, outdoor areas, offices, and other departments when needed.
Ensure proper storage and movement of furniture and assist with guest room conversions.
Train new colleagues, ensuring they understand policies, procedures, and daily operational standards.
