Marketing Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Marketing Manager, Strategic Initiatives to support North American marketing and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Leverage market, M&A, publication, and competitive insights to drive commercial initiatives.

Develop and execute marketing strategies for our Specialty Segments.

Drive end‑to‑end project execution and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver key business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, or service in clinical diagnostics or healthcare industry.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (LEx, Kaizen, PSP, TPI, etc.).

Previous project management experience with strong analytical and planning skills.

Ability to travel 25% domestically.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated track record of direct and indirect people leadership, managing people side of change and achieving impact.

Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with knowledge of the roles of Marketing, Sales, Service, Planning, R&D, QA, and Business Development.

Benefits Competitive salary range: $130,000–$145,000, plus bonus and incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
