Graphic Designer
Hourly Full-Time; North Carolina, Winston-Salem, NC, US.
Reports To: Creative Services Director; FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer will work closely with our marketing and creative team to develop compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong portfolio, looking to build their career in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva is required.
Responsibilities
Design creative visuals for digital, print, social media, and video platforms across all our brands.
Develop high-quality graphics and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative assets.
Create engaging infographics, presentations, and promotional assets.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute design projects from concept to completion.
Work closely with the Creative Services Director to develop visually engaging concepts that effectively communicate ideas to target audiences.
Stay up to date with design trends and emerging creative technologies.
Participate in the creative process—sharing ideas, receiving critique and direction, and refining designs accordingly.
Possibly assist with copywriting, motion graphics, digital animation, 3D modeling, or video editing as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field—or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Proficiency in Canva
Superior organizational, project and time management skills with an eye for detail
Ability to manage tight timelines and work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analysis skills
Exudes a positive attitude
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
