Senior Brand Manager – Amazing Grass The Senior Brand Manager is a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for driving growth of the Amazing Grass portfolio through business management, innovation, integrated marketing, and retailer‑specific activation. You will own the brand’s business performance, lead cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure excellence in execution across all consumer and customer touchpoints.

How you will make an impact as the Senior Brand Manager Brand & Business Leadership

Lead long‑range brand strategy, inclusive of positioning, channel strategy, portfolio roles, pricing, and innovation roadmap.

Own business performance management, including monthly state‑of‑business reviews, forecasting, financial analysis, and P&L inputs.

Monitor category, consumer, customer, and competitive trends to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Integrated Marketing & Consumer Activation

Develop annual brand plans and omnichannel marketing programs that drive awareness, penetration, and loyalty.

Lead consumer communications across paid, owned, and earned channels (digital, social, influencers, retail media, PR, CRM, sampling, partnerships).

Champion consumer insights—ensuring the voice of the consumer is embedded into strategies, creative development, product briefs, and brand experiences.

Drive end‑to‑end new product development: idea generation, concept development, business case creation, product/pack development, testing, and launch execution.

Develop full commercialization plans including go‑to‑market strategy, customer sell‑in materials, digital and retail activation, and launch performance tracking.

Customer & Retail Marketing

Collaborate with Sales to build and execute customer‑specific marketing plans aligned to retailer expectations and shopper insights.

Lead in‑store activation programs, retail media planning, co‑marketing initiatives, merchandising solutions, coupon programs, and promotional strategy.

Develop compelling customer presentations: category reviews, brand updates, new item pitches, and JBP support.

Analytics & Performance Measurement

Leverage syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI/Spins), retail media platforms, and digital analytics to identify insights, measure program effectiveness, and drive decision‑making.

Build fact‑based selling stories and post‑program analyses to optimize spend and guide future plans.

Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Manage, coach, and develop direct reports (e.g., Associate/Coordinator), fostering a high‑performance, values‑driven culture.

Serve as a connector across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Senior Leadership to align priorities and ensure executional excellence.

Model a player/coach mindset—willing to roll up sleeves while developing talent and elevating team capabilities.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

7 or more years of experience in Brand Management or related CPG Marketing role.

Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L drivers, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Proven track record building and growing brands—experience in food, beverage, natural/organic, or wellness preferred.

Experience in both entrepreneurial/high‑growth environments and larger CPG organizations is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Capabilities

Expertise leveraging syndicated data (Spins, Nielsen, IRI) and shopper/consumer analytics.

Demonstrated success leading innovation and commercializing new products.

Ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence without authority, and navigate ambiguity.

Excellent communication skills—able to craft clear narratives for leadership and customers.

Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Passion for health, wellness, and purpose‑driven brands.

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles; the salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations and targeted salary is midpoint of range. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role.
