Your focus will be over various areas of marketing within the restaurant industry, with an emphasis on creating visually compelling content. RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the marketing efforts of LFC Restaurants by handling various support tasks to augment the marketing department's effectiveness.
Creates visually engaging content using Canva and other design tools for social media, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborates on marketing initiatives, working closely with the team to plan and implement marketing strategies that support company goals.
Reports on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers, gathering insights to improve brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
Works in tandem with Social Media Manager for implementation of social strategies and story scheduling.
Ability to establish priorities and objectives to meet deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
BS|BA in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year graphic design experience.
Advanced proficiency with Canva required.
G‑Suite – Google Docs, Sheets, Slides – preferred.
A passion for Marketing and visual storytelling.
Candidate needs to be a self‑starter, independent thinker.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
Fun and outgoing personality.
Strong people skills.
Ability to work with a team as well as individually.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism or any related field.
1–2 years of postgraduate experience.
Passion for marketing, social media, strong organizational & communication skills and great attention to detail.
Expertise in multiple social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
High proficiency in Canva required, with at least 1 year of demonstrated experience.
Knowledge of Lightroom & Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
An eye for detail with photography, videography and graphics.
Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Must be able to adapt from project to project.
Multitasking and analytical skills.
BENEFITS
PAY – 50,000 – 55,000.
