
Product Designer

We’re looking for an obsessive Product Designer to shape intuitive, elegant experiences that feel like magic. In this role, you’ll be a builder who balances deep attention to detail with the speed of modern AI‑driven workflows. You’ll work closely with our Founding Designer, as well as the rest of product and engineering, to design generative product experiences that are as functional as they are beautiful, often owning the process from the kernel of an idea to a functioning design prototype.
Responsibilities
Partner with Design, Product and Engineering to define problems, map user journeys, and craft experiences that drive business impact. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visuals for new and existing features. Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs are user‑centered and data‑informed. Collaborate in design critiques and contribute to a consistent, accessible design system. Qualifications
3+ years of experience designing digital products (startup or SaaS experience preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar). Experience collaborating in agile, cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to present design decisions clearly. A growth mindset and willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn quickly. Experience with motion design, illustration, or design systems. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design. Nice to have
Familiarity with pushing code (primarily frontend), and using AI coding tools, like Claude Code or Cursor, to speed up design prototyping and test hypotheses. Benefits
