We are seeking a motivated
Community Outreach Representative (Entry-Level)
to join our mission-driven team focused on
nonprofit outreach, community engagement, and event marketing .
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a
real local impact
while gaining hands-on experience in
marketing, leadership, event coordination, and public engagement .
You will support community programs, outreach campaigns, and nonprofit partnerships through
in-person events, community interaction, and team collaboration .
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing
community outreach campaigns and nonprofit events
Engage with community members to promote awareness of
local nonprofit initiatives
Support fundraising efforts, marketing activations, and volunteer recruitment
Help set up and coordinate
community events, booths, and outreach activities
Assist with onboarding, training, and motivating volunteers and new team members
Track engagement results and provide feedback to leadership
Represent nonprofit partners professionally at events and outreach programs
Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and engagement goals
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required (college experience a plus, not required)
Entry-level experience in
customer service, events, marketing, outreach, or volunteering
is helpful but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
