
Channel Business Manager, Sweden

Milestone Systems is currently looking for a commercially and technically experienced salesperson who understands technology and can develop and manage a portfolio of dedicated partners in Sweden. As a Channel Business Manager, you will have a key role in the further development of this important market, where your main responsibility will be to deliver on business objectives. Using your expertise and knowledge, you will have the opportunity to grow and expand the business with key Milestone partners. You will also be responsible for prioritizing your accounts and the attention given, with the aim of maximizing the business potential of the portfolio.
The team The Swedish market is part of our Nordic Region, a market that continues to grow YOY, and our goal is to continue delivering great value to our customers and partners with a focus of further development of the local Milestone community. You will be part of a team of dynamic and proactive professionals who are result driven and solution-oriented but always open and friendly, sharing knowledge and thinking out of the box.
The ideal candidate is based in Sweden and preferably resides in Stockholm. The position reports to the Sales Director, Nordics.
What you will do:
Sales of Milestone products via our two-tier channel
Building, driving and deepening the relationships with key systems integrators, consultants and selected end users
Building and acting upon business plans with managed partners
Managing and developing the territory reseller partner base
Introducing and connecting Milestone technology partners to the channel
Representing the company products and solutions at events, seminars, and exhibitions
Ensuring records in CRM system are always up to date
Working with BI tools daily
Ensuring forecast accuracy
The job will require travelling

What we are looking for:
Experience from the industry
5 years’ sales experience with a proven track record
Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory
Strong IT skills specifically with MS Office
Experience from security and/or video surveillance is an advantage
Preferred experience with 2-tier sales approach
