OEES005A The University of Lincoln is seeking a proactive and organised Student and Partnerships Administrator to support our expanding defence and executive education portfolio. Responsibilities

Support the student journey from enquiry through to graduation. Coordinate programme delivery and liaise with academic colleagues and external partners. Assist students in navigating University systems, coordinate onboarding and events, and support invoicing and administrative processes. Contribute to governance and quality processes, ensuring a high-quality experience for learners across undergraduate and postgraduate provision. Act as a key point of contact for programme-related queries and help ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. Qualifications

Experience in work‑based learning environments and an understanding of the defence and security context. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and build positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Commitment to delivering an excellent student experience.
