Defines and governs value frameworks that connect Tech investments to measurable business outcomes, guiding prioritization and benefits realization. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Responsibilities
Establishes value models, KPIs, and OKRs for products, services, and portfolios. Partners with executives, Product, and Finance to align roadmaps to value hypotheses and targets. Leads benefits tracking and post implementation reviews; informs investment rebalancing. Oversees tooling standards for measurement, reporting, and governance cadence. Coaches leaders and teams on value storytelling and decision trade-offs. Support development of Technology Strategy and long-term financial plans by leveraging industry standard frameworks. Independently develop executive presentations for Senior Executives by leveraging data and narratives from various systems and stakeholders. Lead various continuous improvement initiatives around strategic planning activities. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience; Master's degree preferred. 8+ years in product/portfolio value management, strategy, or FP&A with strong quantitative and facilitation skills. Prior experience in Technology Strategy development and financial planning. Ability to understand, frame and facilitate solutions for various challenges in Technology Operations. Deep understanding of Enterprise Technology capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with OKR systems, stage gate governance, and cost/benefit modeling. ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $108,880-$163,320 IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $125,200- $187,800 Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
