Role Overview
Zipfizz, the ultimate vitamin, energy, and hydration drink, is looking for enthusiastic Brand Promoters to spread the word about our product. Responsibilities
Represent and promote the brand at Costco, Sam’s, and event locations. Engage with members, educate them about products, and perform product demos. Drive sales by encouraging purchases and answering customer questions. Maintain well‑stocked and organized displays. Assist with in‑store promotions and events to boost visibility. Qualifications
18+ years old. Availability to work weekends. Reliable transportation to get to events and work locations. Ability to transport store company‑provided supplies. A smartphone to stay connected & track your success. Outgoing personality — love talking to people and sharing exciting products. Able to lift approximately 40 lbs. Ability to work 7‑hour shifts, on your feet, engaging with customers. Ability to learn & enthusiastically recite required product script to customers. Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay:
$20 per hour + piece‑rate commission on days worked. Up to $35 per hour based on performance. Piece‑rate commission (regular price): Limited Edition: $1.50 per box. Combo Pack: $1.00 per box. Flat‑rate hourly pay for 70+ boxes (regular price): 70–79 boxes: $32 per hour. 80–89 boxes: $33 per hour. 90–99 boxes: $34 per hour. 100+ boxes: $35 per hour. Piece‑rate commission (when on sale): Limited Edition: $1.00 per box. Combo Pack: $0.50 per box. Flat‑rate hourly pay for 70+ boxes (when on sale): 70–79 boxes: $28 per hour. 80–89 boxes: $29 per hour. 90–99 boxes: $30 per hour. 100+ boxes: $31 per hour. Important Notes: No commission on training days. No commission if working less than a 4‑hour shift. Commission based on warehouse confirmed sales. No commission if selling fewer than 20 boxes at regular price or fewer than 30 boxes during a sale. Perks & Benefits
