Entry‑Level Behavior Specialist – Autism
We are seeking a certified RBT who is willing to commit for a minimum of six months. Competitive pay and flexible hours are offered.
As an RBT, you will provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior. You will implement skill‑building and care plans, record session data accurately using electronic devices, and foster a positive learning environment for clients and their families.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
RBT certification.
Willingness to learn and passion for serving children with autism.
Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Need to Know
Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations.
All positions start part‑time.
Commitment: Six‑month minimum.
Great Fit If You Have Experience In
Education or early childhood development.
Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
After‑school programs or camp counseling.
Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism.
