PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose of this position is to prepare proposals, coordinate submittals, create graphics and perform marketing activities. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proposal/Marketing
Create, organize, research, and prepare submittals and presentations. Prepare marketing materials with corporate image and company guidelines Responsible for web, intranet, and social media updates. Assures that the company’s project and resume information are accurate and updated for responding to teaming requests and RFQs/RFPs. ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 2 years in marketing and/or communications. Experience with proposal and graphic design is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or marketing with excellent proofing abilities. Experience or knowledge with InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite. An understanding of the AEC industry is preferred.
