
Business Development (CHB)

What You’ll Do
Execute the CHB sales strategy in alignment with commercial leadership. Define and articulate CHB value propositions and key differentiators to customers. Support RFIs/RFQs by developing competitive pricing and tailored solutions. Partner with Sales to identify new opportunities, drive cross-selling, and expand the pipeline. Act as a subject matter expert in customer engagements and strategic discussions. Prepare customer presentations, manage day-to-day client interactions, and support ongoing sales efforts. Participate in key account reviews and maintain strong customer engagement. Lead implementation post-award, ensuring full onboarding readiness prior to go-live (system setup, POA receipt, and cross-functional coordination). Support sales teams with credit applications, client setup, and revenue enablement. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in SFDC. Experience & Skills
Customs Broker’s License preferred; 8–10+ years of experience in Customs Brokerage, Trade Compliance, and commercial/business development roles. Strong understanding of CHB products, global supply chains, and brokerage requirements (QBRs, KPIs, reporting). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills. Commercially driven, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset. Experience supporting Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Technology, and/or Automotive industries strongly preferred. Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients. Job Type
