What You Will Do
Manage and service an existing book of accounts with strong autonomy.
Deliver professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and partners.
Oversee all transactions, documentation, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
Analyze clients’ coverage needs, compare policy options, monitor industry changes, and provide informed recommendations.
Act as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve complex service, claims, and billing issues.
Document all interactions in agency systems and support training and mentorship of junior team members.

Key Attributes
An active Property & Casualty license in Illinois
High school or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well independently and on a team
Precise verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to deliver a tailored, white‑glove experience to all clients
Preferred Attributes
Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not required
Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
