Lou Bachrodt Automall is hiring a full time Service BDC Agent to handle inbound calls, outbound appointment setting, and customer service for our busy Service Department. If you have BDC, call center, scheduling, receptionist, or customer service experience, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.
Spanish Speaking is a PLUS!!
What You Will Do
Answer incoming service calls and help customers schedule appointments
Make outgoing calls to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments
Answer questions and provide a professional, helpful first impression
Follow up with customers regarding service needs and missed opportunities
Accurately enter notes, appointment details, and customer information into the system
Work closely with service advisors and staff to keep the schedule full and organized
Deliver a high level of customer care on every call

What We Are Looking For
Strong phone and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and customer focused attitude
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls
Strong follow up and attention to detail
Good computer and data entry skills
Dependable and able to work in a fast paced environment
Automotive, service scheduling, BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
