Day to Day
Support occupancy growth by managing inbound leads, follow‑ups, tours, and move‑ins while presenting the community’s value to prospective residents and families
Partner with the Executive Director and VP of Sales & Marketing to execute sales and marketing strategies that drive lead generation and conversions
Build and maintain relationships through regular and persistent outreach in the surrounding community with residents, families, referral partners, and key community partners
Utilize the company CRM daily to manage leads, track inquiries and follow‑ups, monitor conversion metrics, and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with consistent follow‑through
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth pre‑admission, admission, and move‑in processes for new residents
Qualifications
1 year of sales experience required
Senior living experience preferred
At minimum 18 years of age or older required
High school diploma or GED required
Must speak fluent English
