
Regional Business Developer

Goetze Valves is a German-based manufacturer with more than 75 years of experience developing high-quality safety and relief valve solutions for industries including energy, industrial gases, chemicals, and food & beverage.
As the North American business continues to grow, we are looking for a Regional Business Developer to strengthen Goetze’s presence in Texas and adjacent states.
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role with direct access to leadership and the opportunity to build and expand your own region, working closely with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through distributors, OEMs and EPCs
Manage and grow existing accounts while following up on active leads
Conduct customer visits, technical discussions and lunch‑and‑learns
Represent Goetze at industry events and trade shows
Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements
Develop and execute structured territory growth plans
Maintain pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical sales or business development
5+ years of experience with safety and relief valves for industrial, technical gas and sanitary applications
Proven track record of generating new business through direct sales and distributors, achieving sales results and growing accounts
Understanding of industrial applications and pressure systems
Existing network in Texas industrial markets is a strong advantage
Strong commercial and relationship‑building skills
Self‑driven with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory
