Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource trackers; proactively flag risks and keep all workstreams on schedule
Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions with clients to define requirements, validate assumptions, and align on product direction
Act as the central point of contact and go-to resource for all product-related matters - internally for the COO, technology leadership, and cross-functional teams, and externally for clients
Work directly with clients to define what deliverables look like, incorporating their feedback throughout the development process
Coordinate and manage relationships with external developers, vendors, and technical partners
Translate client and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and briefs grounded in market research methodologies
Lead regular status updates and stakeholder communications; prepare and present project updates in a clear, structured format
Support the development of new product concepts and help prioritize the product roadmap in partnership with senior leadership
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced product manager and project leader with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder products on time

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences
Demonstrates excellent judgment, professionalism, and discretion
Familiarity with market research methodologies - including quantitative studies, qualitative research, and panel management - is a strong plus
