Your Impact
Work with the senior marketing manager to develop programs and initiatives that target brand and product growth (margin and market share) in areas of opportunity.
Participate in tactical and strategic marketing activities, including:
New product introduction launch activities (12-18 months from launch)
Retail & billing objective setting and tracking.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with 8+ years post-collegiate experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management.
5+ years of experience promoting products while developing and executing sales plans, product launches, and marketing plans.
Technical or mechanical background, with at least one year of experience in agricultural equipment, specifically understanding the functionality of commercial and conventional hay equipment.
Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, including creating and giving presentations to articulate AGCO’s strategies and tactics.
Understanding of promotional techniques and supplier or dealer operations with agronomy background or certification & project management experience.
Technically proficient in operating hay equipment in the field.
