This role is a key contributor to bringing brand strategies to life. You’ll work cross-functionally to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across channels—playing an important role in delivering seamless, high-quality marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities Support Go-to-Market Planning & Execution
Assist in the development and coordination of seasonal marketing plans across the Food Brands portfolio
Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and key deliverables to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
Help translate brand strategy into clear, actionable plans across teams
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Merchandising, Creative, CRM, Digital, and eCommerce teams to support campaign execution
Track progress across workstreams and help ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and timing Support communication and follow-ups to keep initiatives moving forward
Campaign & Brand Support
Assist in bringing integrated campaigns and product launches to market across multiple channels
Help ensure brand consistency across marketing touchpoints
Support creative briefing and asset development processes
Performance & Reporting
Help compile campaign recaps and performance reports across channels
Track key metrics and support identification of trends and opportunities
Assist in preparing updates for internal stakeholders

Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or eCommerce
Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, social, etc.)
Comfort working with data and supporting performance analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with consumer or retail brands
Exposure to multi-brand or portfolio marketing environments
Familiarity with campaign planning and seasonal marketing cycles
Experience with marketing tools or platforms (CRM, analytics, or project management tools)
The expected hourly pay range for this position is
$27.00 to $33.00 per hour . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
