ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies that highlight the features and benefits of our products to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for product launches and updates.
Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to create clear and engaging product messaging.
Write and edit product-related content, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral and support materials to ensure consistency of brand and product information.
Manage internal communications to keep teams informed about product changes and developments.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and suggest improvements.
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in product communications, marketing, or corporate communications roles.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex product information for various audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
