Oppizi is hiring a proactive, people‑driven, operational leader to manage our offline marketing campaigns across Boston.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced field operations, enjoys coaching teams, and understands how to move resources efficiently across a busy metro area.

Oppizi is the global leader in offline performance marketing, helping brands scale through hand‑to‑hand, door‑to‑door, and direct mail campaigns. We operate in 10+ countries and work with major brands like Uber Eats, Uber Mobility, Wonder Restaurants, DoorDash, Getaround, and DiDi.

Responsibilities Field Leadership (75%)

Lead, support & motivate Brand Ambassadors on‑site.

Provide real‑time coaching and ensure target delivery.

Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions.

Operational Planning

Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans.

Identify high‑traffic areas across Boston (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas).

Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team.

Performance Management

Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel.

Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast.

Inventory Oversight

Manage flyers, uniforms & campaign stock.

Ensure accurate usage reporting and timely restocking.

Qualifications

2+ years in sales, operations, retail leadership, field management, logistics, or hospitality supervision

Must have lived in Boston 4+ years & understand local crowds/traffic

Own vehicle required

Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

Laptop + phone required

English required

Energetic, organized, adaptable leader.

Job Details

Contract: 8 weeks

Pay: USD $1,000/week + performance bonus.

Hours: 75% onsite / 25% remote

Areas: Boston City Neighbourhoods (as needed)
