We’re Looking For A(n): Marketing Content Coordinator Intern

Location: Hybrid (Woodland Hills, CA)

What You’ll Be Doing: The Project Coordinator will fill a key role between the post production workspaces of the Video Team and all other facilities, most notably the managers and employees of the digital marketing departments. This role will be responsible for intaking and exporting all necessary information related to digital video creatives for products/offers. This includes all tasks such as updating JIRA tickets, to identifying creatives needed for offers soon‑to‑test. Additionally, this role would also likely contain soft skills in software development to assist the Post Production Specialist in future tools utilized by the QC and Video Teams.

Update and check in on all video team‑related creative projects and their priorities

Update department tracking sheets (B‑roll/interview logs, project list, VSL/connector tracker, etc.)

Create tickets for new ad creatives and ad iterations in our JIRA system

Coordinate internal resources and ensure all projects are delivered on‑time and within scope.

Provide/Gather updates with key stakeholders on the status of upcoming projects.

Communicate with many if not all internal and external company teams to ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks.

Identify bottlenecks and other issues relating to completion of projects.

Assist Post Production Supervisor with identifying priority projects and urgent tasks.

Assist Post Production Specialist with advancing workflow of AI and Automation Tools

Required Education:

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Software Development, UX/UI or other relevant field

Required Experience:

2 years of project management, coordination or development – in JIRA and/or Google Suite

Relevant and recent experience with data management and efficient workflows.

Fluent in English grammar + spelling

Preferred Experience:

1 year of software development, coding, or delivery

Up‑to‑date knowledge of AI tool trend(s) or utilization such as ChatGPT or Gemini

Experience with lifestyle, health, skincare, and/or pet brands a plus

Knowledgeable in project management tools (Monday, Trello, JIRA, Notion, etc.)

The base salary range is $17.00-$20.00.

The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
