
Business Analyst Advisor: Enterprise Cloud Transformation

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to work across teams to assist with a massive multiyear modernization of our enterprise infrastructure, including significant cloud migrations. This individual will understand the current landscape and interconnections, and then work with the various groups to ensure a smooth and successful migration. The ideal candidate is an experienced change agent who is familiar with cloud migrations and able to build processes and systems.
This is a remote position, but candidates must live within approximately a 70‑mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; and Springfield/Monett, MO. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in‑person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
The salary range for this position is $90,000‑$150,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.
What you'll be responsible for:
Portfolio Discovery & Rationalization, including disposition strategy.
Migration Planning
Financial Modeling, including a total cost of ownership and migration for each migration.
Execution and Stakeholder Management
Supporting collection and interpretation of business information.
Diagraming and evaluating existing processes.
Developing metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Participating in post‑project reviews to determine effectiveness, pertinence and timeliness of newly recommended processes.
Providing consultation on the use of re‑engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality; may deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
Analyzing high volumes of data from multiple sources.
Tracking the appropriate market space.
Performing cost‑benefit and other forms of analysis.
Performing other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, project manager, and/or consultant.
Experience with datacenter environments.
Experience working with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
Experience with multidisciplinary transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
Ability to travel up to 10% for site visits, business meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
