We are looking for one of the rare ones.
We are a collaborative, highly productive, passionate team that plans and designs spaces for ministries nationwide. We’re looking for an exceptional architect or architectural designer who is ready to jump in to fulfill the work we are called to do!

What You’ll Do:
Bring creative thinking to all projects
Collaborate with our architects & interior designers on designs and details
Develop documents; schematic design through construction documents
Maintain BIM model with quality and attention to detail
Coordinate with outside consultants
What You’ll Bring:
Experience:
Degree from an accredited architecture program (B.Arch or M.Arch)
3 - 5 years professional experience in an architecture firm
Mindset:
Client service is your numberone priority; it’s not about you.
Life‑long learner
High quality design
Confidence in the phases of documentation
Strong work ethic to carry out the meaningful, cool work we get to do.
Eye:
Strong design and graphic sensibilities
A heart for quality in all that you do
Excellent collaborative, problem solving, and design skillsEffective communication skills with clients, consultants, and our team
Tools:
Archicad ideal (or revit – we have training for you), Adobe, Microsoft, Mac usage ideal but not required.
