This position is a 1099 Commission Based Position
What To Expect
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
Some Company leads may be provided.
Conduct roof, gutter, siding, and other third party inspections.
Educate homeowners and business owners on solutions, financing, and insurance claims.
Prepare and present project proposals.
Close sales and collect payments.
Manage projects from contract signing through completion.
Meeting with insurance adjusters and help through the claim process.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation (must be able to carry a ladder)
Comfortable with outdoor and door-to-door sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined
Ability to climb ladders, and walk roofs.
Not afraid of heights
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
