About the Team The Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) organization is committed to fueling the courageous entrepreneurial spirit that's at the heart of America's business owners. We offer financial products and services for small business owners through corporate clients, with the goal to pave the path for them to do more business. We’ve built an organization that is focused on listening to and learning from the millions of customers we serve to make sure our products, services, and experiences work as hard as they do.
We're looking for a Product leader with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for Al. While formal on‑the‑job experience with Al is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated Al into their personal projects, explored Al‑driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using Al agents. Show us how you've used Al to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation.

Basic Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salary ranges (as of posting date):
McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
