The Product Complaint Investigator Jr is responsible for executing product complaint investigations under guidance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate procedures, and quality standards. This role emphasizes accurate execution, technical skill development, and supporting operational excellence through timely documentation and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities include
Perform complaint decontamination, investigation, analysis, and documentation in alignment with established procedures. Execute product analysis and maintain accurate technical records within applicable systems. Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory expectations, and internal standards. Support CAPA/NCEP activities and quality-related processes. Maintain laboratory equipment and documentation integrity. Escalate unusual or non-standard issues appropriately. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, operational excellence activities, and assigned projects. Actively support project milestones and cross-functional objectives. Follow procedures, meet timelines, and communicate/escalate appropriately. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and operational forums. Required Qualifications
Technical degree or early-stage Bachelor’s degree program (≤30% completed) Mid-Level English – B2 Basic functional knowledge of complaint investigation processes and regulated environments. Strong attention to detail and procedural compliance. Effective technical communication and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Apply fundamental problem-solving techniques with guidance. Demonstrated accountability and adherence to Code of Conduct. Commitment to completing 100% of assigned training within defined timelines.
