Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Email, and SEO support)
Content Promotion & Distribution: Collaborate with content teams to promote and distribute content across digital platforms
Social Media Management: Manage company social media profiles, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to messages/comments
Email Marketing: Create, launch, and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, updates), including audience segmentation and performance tracking
Website Optimization Support: Assist with website improvements, including on-page SEO and user experience enhancements
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports on KPIs, ROI, and provide actionable insights
Market & Competitor Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
Budget Management: Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and performance
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Product, UX/UI, Content, and Sales teams to ensure consistent and effective marketing efforts
Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities align with regulations and internal policies
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with hands-on campaign management across multiple channels
Strong experience in PPC, Paid Social, and Email Marketing
Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and performance tracking
Experience working with data and reporting (Excel or similar tools)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Experience working across multiple channels and markets
