We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven
DSO Marketing Manager, EMEA
to execute regional marketing initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and partnership excellence across Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and Group Practices. This role is pivotal in supporting the adoption of the Align Digital Platform, accelerating Invisalign and iTero growth, and strengthening long‑term strategic partnerships with large‑scale dental organizations.
Role expectations 1. Consumer Brand & Demand Generation Lead the definition of best‑in‑class consumer and brand marketing campaigns for DSOs across EMEA, driving awareness and demand for Invisalign clear aligners. Partner with EMEA Channel Marketing to integrate DSOs and Special Markets into Align’s GP, Ortho, and Consumer growth journeys, innovation roadmap, and new product introductions. Translate strategic pillars—adoption, digitalisation, and scale—into actionable, customer‑centric marketing programmes that drive measurable business impact. Support the development and execution of co‑marketing frameworks, playbooks, and engagement models to strengthen collaboration with key DSO partners. Co‑create education, activation, and communication programmes that support doctor onboarding, digital workflow adoption, and enhanced patient engagement within DSOs. Develop scalable marketing toolkits, templates, and content programmes that empower DSO partners to drive consistent and effective local execution.
3. Campaign Activation & Localisation Coordinate with local market teams to adapt DSO customer and consumer campaigns, ensuring smooth asset delivery and efficient market rollout. Maintain campaign toolkits and ensure consistent adoption across markets. Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Commercial Excellence to deliver integrated engagement solutions—including events, CRM campaigns, automated customer journeys, and data‑driven performance dashboards. Represent Align at key industry events, summits, and thought leadership forums relevant to DSOs, Group Practices, and consumer health audiences.
4. Insights, Performance & Reporting Track performance, measure outcomes, and continuously optimise programmes for efficiency and ROI. Use analytics and insights to refine campaign and channel performance. Provide clear reporting on KPIs, performance trends, and consumer insights to support regional planning. Identify and capitalise on market trends, data insights, and competitive dynamics to refine go‑to‑market strategies and prioritise high‑impact opportunities.
5. Key Interfaces & Collaboration Work closely with the Commercial DSO teams (EMEA and clusters) to ensure strategic alignment and consistent market execution. Collaborate with EMEA Channel and Consumer Marketing to integrate DSO priorities into channel programmes and messaging. Partner with Marketing Operations to develop scalable and efficient execution models. Engage with Commercial Excellence and Insights teams to drive measurement, learning, and continuous improvement. Work closely with legal, sales, and other cross‑functional teams to enable smooth execution and brand‑safe activation. Align with Global and Regional Marketing teams to ensure strategic priorities, content, and digital engagement initiatives are consistent and impactful.
What we're looking for
7+ years of combined experience in Business‑to‑Professional and Consumer marketing, preferably within dental, medtech, pharma, or healthcare in multi‑channel EMEA environments.
