Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role Following our brand launch at GTC, we are looking for a

Brand Designer (P3)

to help define and scale the next chapter of Crusoe’s visual identity. You are a multidisciplinary designer who lives at the intersection of typography, layout, and modern digital design.

In this role, you won't just be following a style guide—you'll be helping build it. You’ll work closely with Kasia and the broader Creative team to produce world-class design work that communicates our mission to provide sustainable, high-performance compute for the AI era.

What You'll Be Working On

Visual Systems:

Evolve and maintain Crusoe’s brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all platforms (web, social, events, and internal comms).

Creative Campaign Execution:

Conceptualize and design high-impact marketing assets for product launches, major industry events (like GTC), and digital campaigns.

Editorial & Layout:

Design deep-dive white papers, technical reports, and presentations that make complex energy and AI concepts visually digestible.

Digital & Web Design:

Collaborate with the engineering team to design landing pages and digital experiences that are as innovative as our infrastructure.

Asset Production:

Manage the end-to-end design process, from mood-boarding and conceptualization to final production-ready assets.

Cross-Functional Support:

Act as a design partner to the People, Talent, and Data Science teams to ensure our internal culture is visually aligned with our external brand.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Experience:

4-6 years of professional design experience, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a top-tier creative agency.

Portfolio Excellence:

A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, grid systems, and clean, geometric visual design.

Technical Toolkit:

Expert proficiency in

Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

and an interest in AI-assisted design tools.

Storytelling:

The ability to take technical information and turn it into a compelling visual narrative.

Agility:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple projects without sacrificing quality.

Collaborative Spirit:

A proactive communicator who enjoys receiving and giving constructive feedback.
