Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens (required). Experience in communication development (5+ years). Confluence experience. Experience translating complex, technical business inputs into clear, audience‑specific communication materials. Experience managing multi‑stakeholder review cycles while maintaining message consistency across channels. Experience using communication metrics to refine strategies and improve future deliverables. Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or corporate enterprise environments. Four‑year college degree. Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end development of communication materials, from initial concept through final delivery. Manage planning, creation, review, and distribution of internal and external communications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and translate business objectives into clear messaging. Coordinate communication campaigns and initiatives supporting company programs, projects, and announcements. Ensure all communications meet brand, messaging, and regulatory requirements while maintaining clarity and quality. Oversee project timelines to deliver accurate, on‑schedule communication materials. Track, analyze, and report communication metrics while recommending process improvements for greater effectiveness. Why Apply
