Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer requests through phone, email, and chat Provide accurate and timely support for customer inquiries and service requests Assist customers with travel-related or lifestyle loyalty program needs
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent is required Call center or high-volume service experience preferred Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued Fluency in Spanish is required
