A company is looking for a Procure to Pay Director.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all components of P2P processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of supplier payments Oversee and support P2P teams, managing hiring and performance while fostering a professional and efficient environment Implement systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience across the P2P cycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred; advanced degree or certification desired 5-8 years of senior P2P experience in complex environments, with at least 5 years of people management experience Experience with significant financial/ERP systems and P2P technology solutions; familiarity with Basware, JDE, and Hexagon PM preferred Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic and ability to drive change and deliver measurable outcomes
