Key Responsibilities
Lead and embed the global patient engagement and advocacy strategy across the full asset lifecycle Ensure patient insights are integrated into clinical development decision making and study execution Develop and sustain strategic relationships with patient organizations and advocates
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of relevant experience in patient engagement, Medical Affairs, or drug development 3-5 years of formal leadership experience in cross-functional teams Experience leading patient engagement initiatives with documented impact Solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle Experience working directly with patients and patient advocates for at least 3 years
