The
Maintenance Director
plays a key role in keeping our building running smoothly and safely. This hands‑on leadership position oversees day‑to‑day maintenance operations, preventative care, repairs, and inspections across the facility. You’ll guide the maintenance team with a steady hand and a positive attitude, making sure our residents and staff enjoy a clean, well‑maintained home every day. What We’re Looking For
