You’ll operate at the intersection of product marketing, partnerships, and demand generation—developing and executing joint marketing strategies that create mutual business value for OpenAI and its partners. This includes building co‑branded campaigns, enabling partner sales teams, and ensuring OpenAI’s advertising solutions are effectively positioned, distributed, and measured across the ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building from first principles, can manage complex partner relationships, and is excited to shape how a new advertising platform integrates into the broader marketing technology and agency landscape.
In this role you will:
Define OpenAI’s
partner marketing and ecosystem strategy
across key categories including ad tech platforms, data providers, distributors, and agencies.
Build and execute
joint go‑to‑market (GTM) plans
with partners, including integrated campaigns (events, webinars, content, product launches) that drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue.
Develop and manage
co‑branded marketing programs , including case studies, thought leadership, digital campaigns, and industry activations that highlight joint value.
Act as the
primary marketing partner contact , fostering strong relationships, alignment, and trust with key external partners.
Create
partner‑facing content and collateral , including sales decks, solution briefs, playbooks, and campaign assets that enable partners to effectively position OpenAI’s advertising solutions.
Support
partner and agency sales enablement , building training programs, toolkits, and resources that help partners drive demand and close deals.
Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to support
joint business planning, strategic accounts, and partner‑led growth initiatives .
Collaborate with Marketing Science to translate OpenAI’s
measurement capabilities (incrementality, attribution, MMM, clean rooms)
into partner‑ready narratives that align with industry frameworks.
Track and analyze
partner marketing performance , including pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, partner‑sourced revenue, and conversion metrics—using insights to optimize future investments.
Build scalable frameworks for
partner segmentation, prioritization, and success measurement
across global markets.
You might be a great fit if you…
Have experience in
partner marketing, alliances, or ecosystem marketing , particularly in advertising, ad tech, martech, or SaaS environments.
Have built and executed
joint GTM strategies and co‑marketing campaigns
with external partners that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Are skilled at
partner relationship management , with a track record of building trust and aligning cross‑company stakeholders.
Have experience creating
co‑branded content and sales enablement materials
that support both marketing and sales motions.
Are comfortable analyzing
marketing performance and ROI , including partner contribution to pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
Can bridge technical and commercial perspectives, turning product capabilities into
compelling joint value propositions .
Thrive in cross‑functional environments and can influence across Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing without direct authority.

multiple partners, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously .
