Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions
Position Purpose: The Associate Director assists Oakland University in meeting its undergraduate recruitment and enrollment objectives by supervising application processing, managing the admission record system, providing data for management decisions, administering undergraduate admission policies, reviewing student eligibility for Michigan residency, developing electronic application forms, following up with prospective and admitted students, and supervising front desk staff. The Associate Director collaborates with administrators, faculty, academic advisers, and IT staff to facilitate and improve services to students; reports on internal and external data; determines procedural best practices; recommends policy changes; monitors and improves system efficiencies; supports recruitment efforts; manages daily operations; provides training; ensures data integrity and compliance with policies; and performs accounting responsibilities related to operating income accounts.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Three years experience in admissions or a related field.
Minimum four years technical experience working with university student information systems/database management.
Experience in managing staff.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
