This position offers a collaborative and dynamic environment where you will work closely with experienced attorneys to deliver exceptional client service and achieve favorable outcomes. Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Draft and handle pretrial, trial, and post‑trial motions, assist with trial preparation, and conduct legal research on complex issues. Support and develop litigation and appellate strategies, with opportunities to work on and argue appellate matters. Qualifications: J.D. required with active California Bar membership in good standing. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential, with law review, judicial clerkship/externship, or criminal defense experience preferred. Locations (California): Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, and San Francisco. Annual salary with benefits: $130,000 - $185,000.
