Store ManagerThe strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member IS THE TEAM!I will be going on my 29th year of employment this May 2026. I enjoy my job but I have to say over the 29 years, I’ve seen a lot of changes! My experience has allowed me to see both good and challenging moments in the business, but no matter what we’ve always gotten the work done. I love the people I work with and have made a lot of friends. My favorite thing about this job is having goals and challenges along the way. All in all, I have enjoyed my years with the company.**Laraine L.**
Merchandise ProcessorIn my 28 years at VS&Co, I have experienced many positive changes within the company. I started at the company in 1996 and I have spent most of my career in the Active Panties department. Over the course of my career, I have been a trainer, back up group lead, and worked in almost every department in DC4. I have always appreciated the support I have recieved – in 1995, while working at DC4 through a 3rd party, I lost my apartment and belongings in a fire. DC4 stepped up and helped me come out of a that devastating loss I experienced. I have enjoyed my time here and this role.**Pamela M.**
Merchandise ProcessorI was hired in 2014 as a seasonal MP during fall peak season at DC5. Once I was converted to a core associate, I joined the training team and learned I’m very passionate about helping others learn new skills and become successful. The leaders of the training team saw my passion and helped me develop the skills necessary to become a training facilitator. I am very grateful to have had mentors who helped me grow as a leader and achieve my career goals. To help me continue to develop my skills, I also had access to classes offered by the Learning and Development teams. In 2017 I became a core operations group lead , and I am now a core operations supervisor at DC6.I love this company and my job! I love our culture and am very passionate about our core values. I have never worked for a company that cares about associates the way VS&Co does. There are opportunities for everyone here; if you come to work with us and have a desire to grow your career here, this company supports the development of talent.**Lynne D.**
