The Specialty Brokerage Manageris responsible forbuilding and scaling TPBC’s specialty brokerage distribution platform. You are not stepping into an existing book of business. You are building a platform. This is not a traditional client management role. It is a distribution leadership role focused on: Recruiting and integrating high-quality brokerage partners Structuring and formalizing distribution relationships Driving production growth across a national broker network Building a scalable and repeatable brokerage infrastructure You will lead both business development (Finders) and relationship management (Minders), while serving as the senior lead for onboarding and integrating new brokerage partnerships. Brokerage Growth and Recruitment
Recruit independent brokers, agencies, and distribution partners into the platform Identify and prioritize high-value brokerage relationships Develop targeted strategies to expand distribution reach Partnership Structuring and Integration
Structure and negotiate brokerage partnership agreements Serve as the senior integration lead for new brokerage relationships Establish onboarding standards and integration processes Relationship Management and Retention
Oversee Relationship Managers responsible for sourcing new opportunities Oversee servicing personnel supporting ongoing broker relationships Establish clear expectations, accountability metrics, and performance benchmarks Strengthen long-term partnerships through proactive engagement Production and Performance Management
Drive brokerage production growth through disciplined relationship management Monitor production trends and identify expansion opportunities Implement reporting and tracking systems for partner performance Carrier and Strategic Relationship Development
Maintain and expand strategic carrier relationships Engage with underwriting and executive teams when needed Ensure alignment between brokerage partners and carrier capabilities Internal Coordination
Partner with internal teams to ensure brokers have access to: Productexpertise Operational resources You're the Ideal Candidate If You
