A company is looking for a Director Sales II Capture & Proposal Public Sector (SLED).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute capture strategies for high value SLED opportunities across various sectors Lead proposal development for competitive SLED bids, ensuring quality and compliance Manage and mentor SLED capture and proposal teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in SLED capture, proposal, or business development leadership Strong understanding of SLED procurement processes and funding sources Proven leadership experience in matrixed organizations Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferred: Master's degree or relevant certifications (APMP, Shipley, PMP, etc.)
