A company is looking for a Director, Security Operations to lead and mature their Enterprise Security Operations Center.
Key Responsibilities
Direct day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center, ensuring effective monitoring and response to security events Lead and develop SOC analysts and security engineers, establishing objectives and professional development pathways Oversee security incident responses, coordinating investigation and recovery activities while communicating with executive leadership
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with significant experience in security operations or engineering Proven experience in a Director or senior leadership role overseeing cybersecurity teams and operations Deep understanding of SOC operations, including threat detection and incident response Hands-on familiarity with enterprise security technologies such as SIEM and EDR Strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance requirements and relevant frameworks
