A company is looking for a Customer Account Manager - West. Key Responsibilities

Manage a book of corporate accounts with a focus on retention and revenue expansion Oversee the negotiation process for contract renewals and expansions Consult with customers to understand their goals and ensure ongoing value from products and services

Required Qualifications

3 to 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in technology Background in XaaS business models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) with experience in IT Operations, Finance, or Software Engineering Proficiency in contract negotiation and conflict resolution Strong understanding of cloud computing and IT services Experience with CRM software and managing customer accounts
