Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day order fulfillment operations, including customer service and logistics Process and prioritize customer orders, ensuring compliance with sales policies Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints and facilitate cross-departmental interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years of relevant order management experience Prior experience in order fulfillment or supply chain Proficiency in personal computers and related software applications Knowledge of procedures for processing retail customer orders
