Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to assess organizational learning needs and create actionable training roadmaps Lead the design and execution of global training programs across various competencies Manage training budgets and resources to optimize program delivery and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field 10+ years of experience in corporate learning and development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale training initiatives Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles Experience managing high-performing teams, including remote and geographically dispersed members
