A company is looking for a Bilingual Outbound Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Place 100-150 outbound calls per shift to remind patients to return their screening kits Educate callers on the benefits of early detection and assist with barriers to returning kits Use a consultative approach to provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bilingual in English and Spanish High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred) Desire to work in a fast-paced outbound call center environment Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Proven job stability with no history of job-hopping
